Feeling sad riding all on your own? Join Coach Kevin for a 60minute bike workout with a mostly aerobic focus.
Kevin will explain the workout at 12pm and then the ride will start at 12:15pm. For those on Zwift you the Meetup will start at 12:15pm and you can’t join late, so make sure you are ready to go for then. Best to be ready to go at 12:05-12;10.
To join the Meetup on Zwift you need to follow Kevin McCormick on Zwift.
