Description: Coach Miranda Tomenson will post a 4000-6000yd distance swim workout. The workout will start with some dryland/activation and then swimmers will get in the pool for a workout. The workout will involve an appropriate warmup up, and a longer main set and cool down.
Minimum Requirements: Must be able to swim 400m without stopping. Appropriate swim wear, goggles and preferably a swim cap and a water bottle,. You may use pull buoy, paddles, fins, snorkel.

We will cancel the swim if minimum numbers are not met. You be notified by email 48 hours before the start of the clinic if we need to cancel and will be issued a full refund.
