Are you a self-coached athlete looking to better understand how to plan your season? Do you want to better understand the training data that you get from your devices?

This talk will focus on how to plan an effective training program for the different parts of the season and what tools/metrics exist help you do this. We will talk a little bit about goal setting for training and racing. We will discuss how to create an overview of your season, targeting your key events. As part of these topics we will touch on how to use a heart rate monitor, GPS watch and power meter in real-time while training/racing and how to analyze the data after training/racing to gauge how you performed.

Requirements/Skill level: This talk is open to anyone interested in learning more about triathlon season planning and/or triathlon training and racing metrics.
