Are you unsure why or how to use various swim equipment like pull buoy, paddles, fins, snorkel? Do you want to know how to make the most out of interval training for the swim? Then our Swim Training Clinic is for you!
What is it? 1.25 hour Swim Training Clinic at Regent Park Aquatic Club, starting from 6:30 to 7:45am on Thursday, Sept 6th
Into to Group Training session to include an instructional and in-water component.
Limit: 18 participants (unless there is a GL or another coach present, then more OK)
Kickboards, paddles and pull bouys are provided. Please bring FINS, snorkel, swim tubing or any other swim equipment you might have.
Please plan on arriving early to change.
