Collingwood Meal Plan ONLY-2018

  • $158 per person (including HST)
  • Even if you don't participate in the full meal plan you can join us for Taco night for our awards dinner / celebration

This is a meal plan for Collingwood attendees.  This is not an event registration for camp.

*This is a gluten free & nut free menu.

**Please select either meat or vegetarian option on the registration form.

***New this year:  We will be doing the Sunday  May 21 dinner and awards in the chalets.  Even if you opt out of the full meal plan you can join us by selecting just the Sunday dinner or you can make your own dinner and participate with us.

Vegetarian Sweet Potato Chick Pea and Harissa Tagine OR Chicken Tagine

  • Moroccan Carrot and Chick Pea Salad
  • Quinoa Pilaf

Lunch May 19, 2018

Lean Beef Chili OR Chickpea and Quinoa Chili (Vegetarian)

  • Kale Salad. Heirloom Carrots. Sweet Potatoes. Lemon Honey Vinaigrette
  • Corn Biscuits
  • Green Onions ∙ Greek Yogurt ∙ Cheddar (On the Side)

Dinner May 19, 2018

Roast Miso Salmon OR Vegetarian: Stuffed Peppers. Spinach. Ricotta

  • Asparagus. Green Beans. Sunflower Seeds. Mixed Greens
  • Roast Tomatoes
  • Roast New Potatoes. Rosemary. Sea Salt.

Lunch May 20, 2018

“Make Your Own Bowl”

  • Grilled Chicken Breasts or Seared Tofu
  • Diced Avocado. Sweet Potato. Hard Boiled Egg.
  • Quinoa. Lentils. Spinach
  • Mixed Green Salad. Seasonal Vegetables

Dinner May 20, 2018

“Make Your Own Taco (Corn Shells)”

  • Pulled Pork. Beef Brisket. Seared Whitefish. Grilled Vegetables
  • Black Beans. Diced Tomatoes. Slaw. Cilantro
  • Red Sauce. Green Sauce. Crema
  • Mexican Garden Salad (Iceberg. Corn. Black Beans. Tomatoes
  • Local Apple Crumble. Vanilla Frozen Yogurt. Fresh Berries
