Join us for our first Monthly Strava Challenge from Dec 1 until 11:59 Dec 31st. Don't dread the treadmill this winter! Keep your runs engaging and productive by throwing in random high intensity. Run a minimum of 30 minutes, including at least 5 X 30s high intensity intervals. Join the TTC Strava Club. Log your workout on Strava (if its not there, it doesn't count). Post a link here once your workout is complete and be eligible for a random prize at the end of the month.
