Strength work is often the neglected discipline in endurance training. Join certified personal trainer and kettlebell instructor – and your Director of Training – Michael Liberzon to learn:

-        Why endurance athletes need to train strength
-        How to recognize areas of weakness that may benefit from strength training
-        How to lift safely
-        How to integrate strength training with swim, bike, run
-        How to periodize strength training volume throughout the full-year training cycle

Please come prepared to lift some weight! Dress in comfortable workout clothes. Bring a bottle of water and a towel.
