Over a dozen members are racing or spectating at Ironman USA in Lake Placid on July 26th. If you're there, why not meet our coaches at NRG Performance Training on Friday at 8:00 AM for a race briefing along with their own coached athletes?
Nigel Gray and his team will be holding a pre-race briefing at the tennis courts next to the Mirror Lake swim start at 8:00 AM. This will be a great chance to meet up and see who might be cheering for you during the race. You will also get some very useful tips about the course. Nigel often has sponsor swag to distribute too!
