Absolute Endurance, one of the Toronto Triathlon Club's sponsors, has several training programs coming up that might be of interest to Members.
Triathlon Bootcamp
Improve your strength and endurance this summer by training with a group of performance-oriented endurance athletes. Our boot camp class will be targeted towards the triathlete and will include specific drills and strength training that incorporate the functional movement patterns that are specific to us as triathletes and thus directly contribute to improvement in performance.
When: Monday and Wednesdays 7pm-8:30pm
Starts: July 5, 2010
Ends: August 25, 2010
Where: Absolute Endurance Training and Therapy 115 Merton Street, Toronto, ON M4S 1A7
Cost:
FREE for Absolute Endurance cycling members and coached athletes.
For NON-members, cost is $150 for 1 night per week $250 for 2 nights per week.

Transition Clinic
Need to work on your transition times? Take part in Absolute Endurance's transition clinic and learn how to become more efficient in your swim/bike and bike/run transitions and ultimately improve overall race times!
When: July 12, 2010, 6am-7am or 6pm-7pm

Cost:
FREE for ALL Absolute Endurance members
Non member fee: $25.00 ($10 for TTC Members)

Muskoka Training Camp
Join Absolute Endurance for a 3 day training camp in Huntsville, Ontario. We welcome all athletes, however training distances will be appropriate for those training for a Half Ironman event OR those who are tapering for Ironman Canada.
When: August 13-15, 2010
Agenda:
Friday: Training camp starts at 3pm!
3pm: 2 hour bike ride + 30 minute run, including some tips on bike handling skills.
6:30pm: Dinner and group gathering/welcome
Saturday:
8am-9:15 Open water swim
10am Bike 100km or 140km with optional run off the bike
6:30pm: Dinner and group gathering/debriefing
Sunday:
8am-9:15 Open water swim
10am Transition clinic
11am Brick workout: 2 x (1 hour bike/20 minute run)
2:30-3pm Debriefing, pack up and home time.
Cost: $300.00/person
What's Included:
2 1/2 days of organized training sessions
Support vehicle during Saturday's long bike ride
BBQ Dinner Saturday and Sunday
