Spring Training Camp

  • We are once again pleased to be running our Spring Training Camp on May 29 - 31. This year will be our fourth time training in Collingwood, Ontario. The scenery and challenging landscape make for an excellent and popular weekend.

    As always, our camp is geared to a variety of skill levels. You can be assured that there will be someone riding at just the right speed for you, but there will still be someone to talk gear ratios with.

    One of our camp's signature features is truly excellent value for money. We operate on a break-even basis and there is very little other than accommodation to pay for. This is an intensive training opportunity you won't want to miss!

    9:00 Ride (followed by optional short run)
    11:30 - 1:30 Lunch, Downtime; regroup
    1:30 – 3:00 Nutrition and a Healthy Lifestyle – Tara Posnikoff
    3:30 – 5:00 Motivational Talk with Dave and Louise
    6:00 Village wander and shopping
    7:00 Dinner – Three Guys and a Stove in Blue Mountain Village
     
    Sunday May 30
    7:30 Optional Yoga or Core Strength for Tri
    7:30 – 9:00 Breakfast
    9:00 – 10:30 Bike Intensity Workout
    11:00 – 12:30 Run
    12:30 – 1:30 Depart
    1:30 - Optional retreat to Le Scandinave Spa

    Notes:
    1. Bring your own bedding (sleeping bag or sheets).
    2. The bike intensity workout uses a wind or magnetic trainer. Please bring your trainer. (We know, you thought that winter training riding was over!)
    3. A full kitchen is available please bring breakfast and lunch items. Food basics such as butter, sugar etc. will be provided.
