Join us for a special 6 week yoga program specifically designed for triathletes with Yoga Instructor Kimberley Mutch at Regent Park Aquatic Centre fields.  

Yoga can provide the following benefits for triathletes:

- Improved overall body strength 

- Reduced chance of injury 

- Enhanced body awareness, co-ordination  & balance 

- Increased mobility  

- Better breath control 

- Improved mindfulness & focus 

Dress for the weather, and wear non restrictive clothing. Bring your own mat, towel and water.

Aug 21: 7:15pm - Complementary 

Aug 28: 7:15pm

Sept 11: 6:45pm

Sept 18: 6:45pm

Sept 25: 6:45pm

Special Introductory Pricing: $50 ($10 per class, Aug 21st is a complementary club class)

Drop in rate: $15

* minimum 6 people required to run this class.
