Join us for a night of yoga specifically designed for triathletes with Yoga Instructor Kimberley Mutch at 7:15pm at Regent Park.  Yoga can provide the following benefits for triathletes:

- Improved overall body strength 

- Reduced chance of injury 

- Enhanced body awareness, co-ordination  & balance 

- Increased mobility  

- Better breath control 

- Improved mindfulness & focus 

Dress for the weather, and wear non restrictive clothing. Bring your own mat, towel and water.
