    The secret to better performance and recovery is to improve your nutrition! Find out what to eat before, during training and racing, and after for optimal performance and recovery.
    This seminar will cover the importance of nutrition as it applies to the triathlete of various distances. 


    This clinic is presented by club nutritionist Tara Postnikoff and HEAL (Healthy Eating Active Living).  Tara is a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner focusing in Sports Nutrition and is an NCCP- Certified Triathlon Coach and Personal Trainer.
