Who should attend:
This clinic is for swimmers who have spent a significant amount of time in the sport but feel as though they may have hit a plateau in recent years. Swimmers at this clinic are expected to have a strong grasp of basic body positioning in the water and proper stroke mechanics. What they will learn:
Participants can expect to go over the finer points of the catch and pull motion of the freestyle stroke. This clinic will also cover how to generate more power out of your freestyle kick by increasing flexibility and function in the ankle. Finally, this clinic will serve as a chance to iron out any bad habits that may have formed over years of swimming with the same stroke technique. The clinic will also have a strong focus on improving the rhythm and relaxed feel of the stroke in the water. Why they should attend:
As training for the spring starts to gear up, this a great chance to add some new skills and techniques to your toolbox that will allow you to start the season strong and train with a purpose. It is also an excellent opportunity to get a detailed analysis of the specifics of your stroke and things that you as an individual can do to improve.

Needed: appropriate swim wear, goggles and preferably a swim cap and a water bottle, warm clothes for deck.
